  Are you detail-driven, compliance-focused, and fluent in Certified Payroll-especially the DIR website? We're looking for a skilled Certified Payroll Clerk to support public works and prevailing wage projects while ensuring full compliance with state and federal requirements.

  Certified Payroll experience - REQUIRED

• Hands-on experience using the DIR (Department of Industrial Relations) website - REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of prevailing wage laws and public works compliance
• Payroll processing experience in construction or government-funded projects
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines with accuracy and confidentiality
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel
